What we build

Useful systems for teams that move fast.

MakeAutomation builds practical AI and workflow systems that reduce manual work, improve follow up and give teams a clearer way to operate.

02 Flagship

Voice AI agents

Voice systems that answer, qualify, route, log and hand off conversations with the right business context.

03

Websites that sell

Sharper landing pages and product like web experiences that explain the offer and connect into operations.

04

Workflow automation

CRM, lead handling, follow up, notifications, documents and API glue built around how the team actually works.

05

Build blueprint

A scoped plan before the build: what ships first, what is out of scope and what goes into phase two.

06

AI ops support

White glove technical support for companies that want a reliable builder behind their AI and automation roadmap.

The goal: build useful systems people actually use, not another vague automation project with no finish line.

MakeAutomation Voice AI Infrastructure V2
Voice AI infrastructure

Voice AI that responds in under 600ms.

We built our own voice engine because natural conversations need speed. With sub-600ms response time, calls feel fluid while still routing to the right agent, updating the CRM, recording context, triggering follow up and handing off to a human when needed.

How we build

From messy workflows to working systems.

We do not just add automation on top of chaos. We map the workflow, build the useful interface, connect the tools and make the handoff clear.

The build path
Map the real workflow

What comes in, who handles it, where it gets stuck and what needs to happen next.

Design the operating screen

Dashboards, portals, CRM views or internal tools that give the team one place to work.

Connect the moving parts

Forms, calls, emails, AI agents, follow up, notifications and reporting.

Ship a clean phase one

Clear scope, clear finish line, useful system first, improvements second.

Who Am I?

After 17 years of building and managing IT infrastructure, I noticed the same pattern everywhere: talented people stuck doing repetitive work that machines should handle. So I started fixing that. Today I help businesses automate their operations using n8n, custom integrations, and purpose-built software. If your team is copy-pasting data between tools, manually routing tasks, or drowning in spreadsheets – that’s exactly what I eliminate.

Why this matters

Your team is not slow. Your systems are.

Most teams do not need another random automation. They need the right system around the work: cleaner intake, better routing, useful dashboards, CRM updates and fewer manual handoffs.

Work enters from too many placesForms, calls, email, spreadsheets, DMs and tools all create loose ends.
Follow up depends on memoryIf the next step is not captured, assigned and visible, it gets missed.
Decisions need a clearer viewDashboards and internal tools make the workflow easier to run, not just easier to automate.
